Schools and parents will need access to the internet using any standard browser.
Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Google Chrome are all fine to use.
If students do not have internet access at home, provisions can be made to set up access within the school for this purpose.
Admin staff control when student (and teacher) access is switched on and off.
Even when access is switched off, admin are still able to make changes and selections on behalf of students and staff.
We can set up your SSO site within a day, giving you access to the site immediately. The subject selection process can then be implemented within one or two days depending on its complexity. If you allow two or three weeks for setup then we will have plenty of time to sort out any special requirements you might want to include.
Yes. Once we have set up the basic structure for you, it is possible to keep the subject data from last year, and update it to suit the subjects being offered this year. The student information can then be quickly uploaded into SSO using an Excel spreadsheet, and you are ready to start again!

Yes, fees may be applied to subjects that have them and also compulsory levies may also be included within SSO. Invoices listing all fees are then automatically produced at the Report step. Fee summaries can also be prepared for the business Office.
Yes, this can be a fixed cap or a waiting list. SSO informs students of how many places are left and when they are placed on a waiting list.
